Thank you for purchasing from One Strong Mother! We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, both physical and digital. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the conditions, processes, and timeframes for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Physical Products (90-Day Project Planner)

We accept returns for our physical 90-Day Project Planner if you are not fully satisfied, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Digital Products (Digital 90-Day Project Planner)

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered. However, if you experience issues with your digital file, please contact us, and we will work to resolve any technical problems.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for a physical product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@onestrongmother.com with your order number, a description of the reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo of the item if it was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions, including the return address.
